Construction Project Manager – Additions and Exterior Remodeling

- Take ownership of our addition and exterior remodeling projects, managing them from start to finish, ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Review blueprints and plans to determine needed materials and develop project plans and schedules
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and crews about project timelines, material deliveries, and delays
- Write and process change orders as needed and submit them to the Accounts Receivable department
- Travel to job sites to oversee work and ensure we are on schedule and delivering quality services

We seek a Construction Project Manager to join our team to manage all aspects of our addition and exterior remodeling projects from start to finish while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our Ideal Construction Project Manager
- Experienced: 3-5 years of addition and exterior remodeling experience, including experience reading blueprints. Previous project management experience is preferred, but we will consider a knowledgeable construction professional looking to step into a project management role
- Analytical: Ability to review notes and blueprints to develop efficient plans and schedules for projects
- Computer Savvy: Able to navigate Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Customer Service/Communication: Able to develop strong relationships with our team and customers through clear and effective communication. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customer's satisfaction
- Active: comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and construction tools
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Adaptable: Comfortable with last-minute changes. Ability to problem-solve unexpected challenges. Able to work independently and adapt quickly & efficiently to change while maintaining professionalism

- $80k - $110k/year – depending on experience and background
